Vätternrundan
The 315 kilometers around lake Vättern was accomplished June 15-16, 2018.
It was a special experience to start a bike race shortly before midnight and ride all night with 30,000 other bike enthusiasts.
Everything is so well organized. Various good meals and refreshments throughout the night. Even the option of massage for those who needed it.
Drove from Denmark Friday morning. 670 km to Motola in Sweden. Arrival in the evening. A few hours of rest. 9 hours bike ride. 6 hours sleep in the car (in accordance with the Swedish rules) and then directly back to Denmark.
1,350 kilometers by car, 315 kilometers on the bike from Friday morning to Saturday night. Some will call it crazy 🙂
