DENMARK

- and the local stuff… Danmarks hÃ¥rdeste cykelbakker. The English link is available here
Unlike the mountainous landscapes of the rest of Scandinavia, Denmark is land of rolling farmlands and woods. Vejle is one of the few locations in Denmark where you will find hills and downs with almost alpine road grades. Here during the Ice Age, gushing melt water created deep gorges. Vejle is home to around half of Denmark’s twenty steepest hills. The unofficial steepest hill road in Denmark is Chr. Winthersvej in Vejle.
